Tony Fago brings over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing management. He started his career in first line production and maintenance supervisor positions and progressed through production management roles of increasing responsibility. He has held plant manager and executive manufacturing management positions for multiple facilities. Tony is responsible for the manufacturing function at Roaring Spring BioFuel’s parent company, Roaring Spring Blank Book Company, which is a multi-divisional company in the paper, bottled water, container, and alternative energy markets. Tony is a member of the team that designed and installed Roaring Spring BioFuel’s production facility and was also instrumental in obtaining environmental permitting for the facility.
Tony has an electrical engineering degree from The Ohio State University, with a concentration in power systems. He has an MBA, with a Manufacturing Management concentration, from Wright State University.

Bill Brumbaugh has been with Roaring Spring Blank Book Company for 27 years. He started on the shop floor at the Roaring Spring Paper Products division and then held various roles of increasing responsibility, including eight years as Distribution Manager. Bill initiated the recycling effort at Roaring Spring Paper Products that led to the concept of manufacturing fuel from waste material. He joined the Roaring Spring BioFuel team at its inception in 2010. Bill brings a wealth of expertise in fuel and absorbent applications for the Roaring Spring BioFuel division. In addition, Bill is a key resource for procuring raw materials for this facility.
Bill is currently responsible for new product development, sales, and service for Roaring Spring BioFuel.
Rick Martland brings an extensive work experience of more than 44 years in various manufacturing industries to Roaring Spring BioFuel. He has held such positions as Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, and Operations Manager in the electrical construction, hardwood veneer and paper industries. Within these career fields Rick has had a significant amount of hands-on experience in the design, development and implementation of production machinery and the product development of related products. Rick has been a member of the Roaring Spring BioFuel team since 2010.
Currently, Rick is responsible for manufacturing, product development and quality control within Roaring Spring BioFuel.
